COMPOSITION

100 mg Gentamycin sulphate equivalent to base

USAGE AND DOSAGE

For cattle ; 2 mg gentamycin/ kg b.w. (2 ml/100 kg b.w.) intravenous or intramuscular, twice a for day 3-7 days.
For Horses ; 6.6 mg gentamycin/ kg b.w. (6.5 ml/100 kg b.w.) intravenous, twice a for day 3-5 days. Usage on new borns is not recommended.
For Cats and Dogs; 4 mg gentamycin/ kg b.w. (0.2 ml/5 kg b.w.) twice at first day, single for rest of the treatment for day 3-5 days.

INDICATIONS

It is indicated for the treatment of respiratory, digestive and urogenital system infections caused by gentamicin-sensitive bacteria, septicemia and other soft-tissue infections in cattle, horses, dogs and cats.

WITHDRAWAL TIME

The cattle, raised for meat, should not be sent to slaughtering during the treatment and until a period of 139 days (103 for calves) elapsed for 3 day application, 192 days elapsed for 6 day application and 214 days elapsed for 7 day application. The milk obtained during the treatment and for a period of 7 days (14-milking) following the last drug administration should not be used for human consumption.
